Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of finance system implementations across enterprise ERP environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of finance system implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, MS Dynamics, or other ERP financial modules).
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including finance, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for cost-effective delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring change management and user training.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise-level finance projects.
• Expertise in SAP, Oracle, Workday, or MS Dynamics ERP financial modules.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and financial reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience driving process improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance.
