Description

Lead data migration and system integration projects from inception to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Oversee data conversion and migration strategies to ensure integrity, quality, and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, business analysts, and external vendors.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Provide regular status reports and detailed documentation for senior management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience, focused on data migration and system integration.
• Proven experience in Retail Electricity or Natural Gas markets, specifically ERCOT and PJM deregulated environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools: Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello.
• Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
