Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define program roadmaps, milestones, and delivery timelines while ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and schedule commitments.
• Drive proactive risk identification, issue resolution, and mitigation planning, with timely escalation to leadership.
• Act as the primary interface for client stakeholders (Director/VP level), ensuring transparent communication through periodic status reports and governance forums.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration across onsite/offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging automation, Agile practices, and data-driven insights to enhance delivery efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in large-scale utilities programs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging Director/VP level executives.
• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and Scrum practices.
• Ability to leverage AWS for cloud-based program delivery and infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience managing onsite/offshore hybrid teams.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-stakes programs.
