Description

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning across multiple AI workstreams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI engineering, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
• Drive implementation planning, environment readiness, deployment coordination, and rollout governance.
• Facilitate integration planning between AI platforms and enterprise collaboration and workflow tools.
• Establish governance mechanisms including steering meetings, RAID logs, and executive status reporting.
• Track adoption metrics, rollout KPIs, and business value realization while supporting vendor coordination.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of project management experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong command of Agile and hybrid delivery models, including sprint coordination and release tracking.
• Experience managing AI implementation workstreams and operationalization.
• Proficiency in automation tools for process improvement and enterprise rollout.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and resource planning across complex projects.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and responsible AI governance standards.
• Experience facilitating integration between AI platforms and existing enterprise systems.

Preferred Skills

• Background in cybersecurity or architecture collaboration for AI risk mitigation.
• Experience with vendor onboarding and issue resolution for AI platforms.
