Description

You will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of small to medium-sized technology projects, including custom software development and out-of-the-box solution implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive all project activities through the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using various project methodologies.
• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and develop detailed project schedules.
• Act as a liaison between technology/business stakeholders and Senior Leadership regarding project status, risks, and issues.
• Create and maintain project plans while ensuring effective financial forecasting and tracking.
• Interface with business organizations to reach agreement on scope and ensure resource preparedness.

Required Skills

• 3 years of project management experience (or 7 years of related experience in lieu of a degree).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency in PMBOK methodology, specifically Waterfall.
• Experience managing multiple projects through various stages of the SDLC simultaneously.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to present to C-level executives and technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office, Clarity, PowerBI, and Oracle ERP.
• Knowledge of IT Governance and reporting requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Agile Certification.
• 5+ years of project management experience with increasing responsibilities.
