Description

Lead managed services teams to deliver maintenance, enhancement, and new development projects within an Agile framework.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Track all work and hours in Azure DevOps to ensure alignment between work items and time tracking systems.
• Manage request triage by collaborating with Product Backlog Owners and BIT to prioritize work items, severity levels, and classifications.
• Facilitate the Scrum development process, including conducting all required ceremonies.
• Define Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for maintenance and development requests.
• Develop detailed project plans for efforts exceeding 1000 hours, including estimates, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT system maintenance, support, and enhancement activities.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically working with Medicaid or medical claims systems.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Change Management processes.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for work item tracking and documentation.
• Ability to resolve support issues independently without assistance from legacy Subject Matter Experts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage relationships between vendors and technical staff in demanding environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or English.
