Description

Manage complex aerospace projects from concept to flight, leading functional teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects by developing WBS, SOWs, schedules, and budgets in coordination with technical teams.
• Manage project scope, budgets, and schedules while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Facilitate project goals and requirements, resolving conflicts between functional areas.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Lead project close-out activities and implement process improvements.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience.
• Ability to implement SOWs, schedules, budgets, and scope management.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Financial acumen and ability to manage resource requirement projections.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the aerospace industry.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
