Description

Lead planning and implementation of Oracle EBS integration and enhancement projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to meet client requirements.
• Develop full-scale project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation models using MS Project and Excel.
• Manage integrated project schedules and track deliverables to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Facilitate discussions to identify project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with technical leads, developers, DBAs, and business users on system requirements, analysis, and design.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Extensive experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Proficiency in developing and managing integrated project schedules using MS Project.
• Advanced competency in managing functional aspects of medium financial systems and post-implementation issue resolution.
• Experience applying SDLC procedures and practices.
• Ability to develop scope of work statements and implementation action plans.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Business or Computer Science.
• MBA preferred.
