Description

Manage projects within a specific geography or practice area, handling internal, outsourced, or customer-funded initiatives across multiple disciplines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost-effective solutions and evaluate alternatives to address schedule constraints.
• Collaborate with client and company sponsors to confirm requirements and secure acceptance within defined timeframes.
• Ensure projects meet quality and security metrics while maintaining compliance with Landmark Lifecycle methodology.
• Identify potential problems, objections, and scope changes, keeping TBL management informed.
• Coach team members in objection handling and project management best practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software and project management experience.
• Strong background in Software Engineering.
• Ability to manage projects involving multiple departments or development centers.
• Experience evaluating alternatives for cost and schedule optimization.
• Proficiency in ensuring compliance with established project management policies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal sponsors.

Preferred Skills

• Undergraduate degree in Geoscience, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
