You will lead QA and test delivery management for large, complex projects in a matrixed organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the test delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across enterprise-level programs.
• Define and implement test strategies, processes, and frameworks aligned with client needs and organizational standards.
• Lead Agile software delivery for globally distributed teams using Scrum, Jira, and DevOps practices.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, including Agentic AI workflows and Microsoft Copilot, to automate processes and improve decision-making.
• Identify risks, manage issues, and hold teams accountable while communicating effectively with senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Project Management experience leading large, complex projects.
• 8+ years of proven experience in QA/Test Delivery Management.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Project, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Jira.
• Experience with testing tools: Selenium, Rest Assured, SeeTest, JUnit, TestNG, and Postman.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
• Ability to manage virtual, distributed teams (onshore, offshore, nearshore) and work in complex, high-pressure environments.
• Strong client management and communication skills, with the ability to present to all leadership levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing Agentic AI workflows and enabling AI engineers in test delivery.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement in testing practices and automation adoption.
