You will manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring technical delivery aligns with business objectives and user requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own product oversight, including scope management, change control, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
• Manage the product roadmap and backlog by prioritizing key features and tracking user needs.
• Direct resource activities and release planning to ensure timely delivery of critical path products.
• Collaborate with clients and system users to translate complex needs into actionable product requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 8 years of project implementation/management experience, or 6 years with an advanced degree.
• At least 5 years of experience specifically within Information Technology.
• Proven experience managing IT projects within state agency or governmental environments.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• Experience managing software deployment in Cloud and On-Prem environments.
• Strong proficiency in software development methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Adept at developing schedule, cost, and risk management strategies in complex technical environments.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable plans and communicate effectively with strategic stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing highly complex project scopes and monitoring changes in budget and scope.
• Knowledge of systems used to evaluate third-party vendor performance.
