Description

Lead large-scale digital commerce programs and manage cross-functional, multicultural teams across multiple geographies. Own end-to-end project management for enterprise-wide eBusiness solutions and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple simultaneous projects using Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, or RUP Iterative methodologies.
• Drive business development, RFP preparation, and SOW creation for application maintenance.
• Oversee vendor governance, process compliance, and quality management within multi-vendor delivery models.
• Execute strategic planning, risk management, and change management to ensure delivery excellence.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years in a leadership role.
• PMP certification is required.
• Proven experience managing offshore and onshore delivery models.
• Deep understanding of web technologies including Hybris, AEM, Java, J2EE, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and Linux.
• Expertise in managing digital commerce projects in large-scale environments.
• Strong ability to communicate and build relationships with both developers and executive leadership.
• Capability to travel worldwide and adjust schedules for global time-zone coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Functional knowledge of Retail, B2B, B2C, transport, or manufacturing domains.
• Experience with ATG, Endeca, LW, Demandware, or AWS technologies.
