Description

Lead end-to-end project management commissions within the construction consultancy sector, ensuring delivery against time, cost, and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Define project success criteria, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
• Establish project governance, processes, and systems for effective delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage the procurement of resources.
• Monitor project finances, manage change control, and ensure prompt client invoicing.
• Interface with clients and other consultants, preparing formal progress reports and facilitating cross-functional team meetings.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in a similar project management role.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant construction subject.
• Proven experience working for a construction consultancy in India.
• Expertise in project planning, resource management, and change control processes.
• Strong understanding of project governance, quality, safety, health, and environment standards.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects ranging from Rs5cr to Rs10cr and support larger commissions.

Preferred Skills

• Post-graduate qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience in marketing, business development, and bid documentation production.
