Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for campaign and business initiatives
• Define tasks, dependencies, and resource requirements for each project phase
• Utilize project management tools and frameworks to improve processes and coordination
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
• Lead project kick-off meetings and ensure clarity on goals, roles, and responsibilities
• Assign tasks and ensure accountability for timely delivery
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues
• Conduct regular status meetings to track progress and align teams
• Work closely with analytics and BI teams for timely data and reporting support
• Ensure effective coordination across cross-functional teams
• Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes and capture learnings
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes

Experience Required:

• 10 - 14 years of experience in project management roles
• PMP certification preferred with strong project management expertise
• Experience using tools like Jira and Microsoft Project/Office
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
• Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies
• Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
