Description

You will manage delivery commitments and technology modernization initiatives across cross-functional technical teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project delivery commitments while driving efficiencies across technology teams.
• Lead Service Improvement Initiatives, Major Incident Reviews, and retrospectives to identify root causes.
• Conduct Release Readiness and Milestone Reviews, including managing SSL certificate upgrades and security patches.
• Oversee control owner activities to ensure products maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and data standards.
• Establish governance and controls in line with the Business Transformation Framework.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional work experience.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion or other ERP technical and functional components.
• 2 to 4 years of experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Oracle, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency with ETL tools, SQL, and database/data warehousing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Git/GitHub, Ansible, and G3.
• Experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Event, Change, Capacity Management) within ITIL frameworks.
• Technical familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Control-M, Unix Shell Scripting, and Test Automation tools.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Ability to lead book of work deliveries, prioritize requirements, and present status to management.

Preferred Skills

• BTech/MTech from a STEM stream.
