Description

You will lead Data Protection strategies and project execution to address compliance and risk requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute Data Protection initiatives on time and within budget.
• Integrate Data Protection and Information Security considerations into broader organizational strategies.
• Manage enterprise-level Data Protection projects and maintain relationships with senior management.
• Communicate the strategic value of security investments to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Cultivate an organizational culture that prioritizes proactive security practices and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data protection, information security, and project management.
• Extensive knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions and implementation.
• Expertise in risk, threat, and vulnerability assessments.
• Deep understanding of policy procedures, compliance management, and Incident Response.
• Experience working within a banking environment.
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and GDPR.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, PMP, CCSP, CompTIA Security+, CIPT, or CISM.
