Description

You own the end-to-end project lifecycle for digital development initiatives, from scoping through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables by collaborating with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Track project progress using JIRA or similar platforms.
• Identify risks and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth execution.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of project management experience in digital product development.
• Proven success managing Shopify or other e-commerce platform projects (Magento, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (frontend/backend, UX/UI, QA, DevOps).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Jira and Project Management principles.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps concepts.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Shopify Plus, headless commerce, or MACH architecture.
• PMI-PMP or CSM certification.
