Key Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, releases, and delivery activities.

• Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Product, Data, and Technology teams.

• Gather business requirements and ensure clear documentation of scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.

• Drive delivery of commercial data, Product MDM, and dashboard initiatives.

• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource requirements.

• Define and track KPIs, business metrics, and project deliverables.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog reviews, and status meetings.

• Coordinate UAT, defect resolution, stakeholder reviews, and business sign-off.

• Provide regular project status updates and escalate delivery risks when required.

• Ensure alignment between business expectations, technical deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

• 8–12 years of experience in Project Management or Delivery Management for data, analytics, BI, or

technology projects.

• Experience managing Commercial Analytics, data foundation, MDM, or dashboard initiatives.

• Experience working with Sales, Commercial, or Marketing stakeholders.

• Understanding of commercial or market data, including sell-out, NielsenIQ, Circana, or retailer POS data.

• Strong skills in project planning, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, and delivery tracking.

• Understanding of business requirements, KPIs, data mapping, and acceptance criteria.

• Experience managing UAT, releases, and business sign-off.

• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in CPG/FMCG, Consumer Health, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical domains.

• Exposure to Product Master Data Management (MDM) or Product 360/Customer 360 initiatives.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and cloud data platforms such as Azure.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira.

• Experience coordinating Data Engineering, BI, Product, and Technology teams.

• Relevant certifications in Project Management, PMP, or Agile are an advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or

a related field. Relevant Project Management or Agile certifications are an added advantage
