Description

Lead operational execution across multiple Agile Release Trains.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, issue tracking, status reporting, change management, and risk mitigation.
• Manage project financials including costs, WIP models, T&M billing, and milestone invoicing.
• Coordinate with Product, IT, Cloud Ops, Security, Finance, Legal, and Sales Ops teams.
• Lead scrum meetings, PI planning, and formal agile ceremonies while coaching resources.
• Maintain project documentation in Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint, and manage executive escalations.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of project management experience.
• SAFe Agile certification and Scrum Fundamentals.
• PMP, ITIL, or similar project management credentials.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Working knowledge of SQL or similar query languages.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Cloud/SaaS computing environments.
• Background in administration software for Retirement, Insurance, or Investment sectors.
• Experience with Workday, Adaptive, or similar financial/budgeting tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing partner deliverables and external stakeholder activities.
• Proven track record of mentoring and developing Associate Project Managers.
