You will manage operations and support teams for a large cloud-based application in Bellevue, WA.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and support teams for large-scale cloud applications.
• Own and manage major incidents across production and lower environments.
• Analyze, identify, troubleshoot, and rectify application and infrastructure issues.
• Track and ensure compliance with metrics including SLA, MTTR, MTTA, and MTBF.
• Drive automation, transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement areas.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of total professional experience.
• Proven background as a Java developer transitioning into Technical Project Management.
• Experience managing Operations and Application Support projects.
• Strong technical proficiency in Java and Spring Boot Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and infrastructure analysis.
• Proficiency with telemetry and monitoring tools including Splunk, AppDynamics, and Grafana.
• Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication skills.
• Experience working within consulting environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Elasticpath or other E-Commerce application platforms.
