Description

You will lead end-to-end Marketing Cloud programs on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing across multiple workstreams and geographies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage program scope, objectives, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps aligned with marketing outcomes.
• Drive integrated planning for campaign orchestration, journey design, segmentation, and integrations.
• Establish program governance, including steering committees, executive reviews, and RAID management.
• Oversee integrations between Dynamics 365 Marketing and upstream/downstream systems like CRM and CDP.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource plans across onshore and offshore delivery models.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management or Large-Scale Project Management.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing programs.
• Deep expertise in the Healthcare domain (Payer, Provider, or Health Services).
• Proficiency in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models.
• Experience managing multi-vendor, cross-functional marketing technology programs.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and healthcare data privacy standards.
• Strong background in CRM and Marketing Cloud program management.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience ensuring solutions align with healthcare regulatory requirements including HIPAA and PHI.
