Drive business and technology projects to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, plans, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery efforts and report status updates to Project Sponsors and the PMO Director.
• Generate project schedules, identify staffing needs, and manage procurement of vendor products and services.
• Conduct project meetings, maintain project tracking, and ensure quality standards.
• Submit funding requests and manage scope creep with a focus on delivering a minimum viable product.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience working within a PMO project governance structure, including specific methodologies, templates, and reporting.
• Proven ability to gather and define requirements and build comprehensive project plans.
• Skill in breaking down complex tasks into sequenced, actionable work items.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous complex business process scenarios and changing priorities.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills for communicating across all stakeholder levels.
• Ability to interact with and drive both business and IT teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working under broad direction with general supervision.
