Description

You will lead the development, execution, and control of project plans, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, scope, budget, and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-site, multi-vendor, and internal projects while mitigating risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.
• Own project progress reporting for the PMO and executive leadership using prescribed standards.
• Develop project proposals and recommend improvements through automation, process design, and human capital management.
• Deliver formal communications, including briefings and reports, to executive stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and account teams to meet service level agreements and contractual obligations.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of IT project-based experience as a Project or Program Manager managing complex, simultaneous projects.
• 2+ years of experience managing relationships with large client decision-makers.
• 2+ years of experience in business process improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced analysis and reporting skills to extract information from disparate data.
• Knowledge and application of industry-recognized project management methodologies and best practices.
• Strong writing and speaking skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• IT Infrastructure project management expertise.
• Lean Six Sigma experience.
