You will drive results for the final phase of this project on-site in Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update tracking for feature delivery, testing, acceptance, migration, and bug-fix resolution.
• Engage with technical staff to gather, document, and communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Triage issues and attend progress update meetings.
• Build a cohesive documentation framework for knowledge transfer and coordinate technical documentation development.
• Create training documentation and user manuals based on training videos.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Technical documentation creation and management.
• Ability to manage issue and bug-fix resolution trackers.
• Experience in stakeholder and customer communication.
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• Degree in any field.
