Manage the full lifecycle of capital and operational projects to ensure operational reliability and safety.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Finalize project design and scope, mitigating identified risks using technical expertise.
• Develop execution schedules, identifying milestones and aligning work with existing outages.
• Manage project budgets, maintaining and communicating financial forecasts.
• Lead contractor selection, establish purchase orders, and direct third-party execution.
• Ensure all project documentation and constructed assets meet sponsor and operational requirements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of related experience or equivalent in pipeline maintenance and construction.
• Knowledge of Enbridge Construction Standards and Specifications.
• Familiarity with Operations and Maintenance Manuals.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and manage stakeholder interests.
• Strong organizational and time management skills across multiple tasks.
• Experience managing capital and operational project scopes.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer service.
