You manage assigned projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery, scope adherence, and regulatory compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory teams.
• Lead status meetings and manage project communications for stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor project performance, proactively mitigating risks and issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of project management processes and tools.
• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Supply Chain coordination experience.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
