Description

Manage complex IT projects and ERP program initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery within budget through established governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines for multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Identify project risks and issues, proactively developing mitigation and resolution plans.
• Collaborate with end-users, key stakeholders, and internal IT teams to gather requirements and provide status updates.
• Create and maintain essential project artifacts including timelines, risk and issue logs, communication plans, and stakeholder registers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing all phases of large, complex technical projects.
• 7+ years of experience with general IT SDLC processes.
• 7+ years of experience creating project artifacts such as Risk & Issue Logs and Communication Plans.
• 7+ years of experience in implementing Enterprise Systems Integration.
• 7+ years of experience gathering business requirements and educating staff on standardized processes.
• 7+ years of experience creating and presenting executive-level project communications.
• 6+ years of experience leading large IT initiatives and managing cross-functional internal and vendor teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with executive staff and peers.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Experience with State of Texas government agencies.
• Experience with ADM and ERP contracts or transitions.
