Description

You will manage complex IT project components and program initiatives using established methodologies and governance processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines for multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Identify project risks and issues, developing proactive mitigation and resolution plans.
• Create and maintain project artifacts including timelines, risk/issue logs, communication plans, and stakeholder registers.
• Collaborate with end-users, stakeholders, and vendors to gather requirements and monitor contract deliverables.
• Present project status updates and communications to executive-level staff.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing all phases of large, complex technical projects.
• 7+ years of experience creating project artifacts such as Risk & Issue Logs and Stakeholder Registers.
• 7+ years of experience with general IT SDLC processes.
• 7+ years of experience gathering requirements from business divisions and educating staff on standardized processes.
• 7+ years of experience implementing Enterprise Systems Integration.
• 6+ years of experience leading large IT initiatives and managing team cohesion during contract transitions.
• 6+ years of experience managing large, cross-functional internal and vendor teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with executive staff and various user levels.

Preferred Skills

• PMI PMP certification.
• Experience with Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping.
• Experience with Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) and ERP contracts or transitions.
