Description

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and business objectives are achieved.
  • Translate project strategies into measurable actions and drive execution against established processes and procedures.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address roadblocks.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver written reports, presentations, and project documentation for internal and external audiences.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and project governance processes.
  • Develop implementation plans, team charters, risk assessments, and contingency strategies to support project success.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, quality, and overall project outcomes.
  • May provide guidance or oversight to project coordinators, contractors, or other project support resources. 

     

Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree required; science, engineering, technical, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of project management experience in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office applications. 

     

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • PMP certification preferred.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, or operations environments.
  • Experience supporting product launches, process improvement initiatives, or operational transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of business financial systems and project budgeting practices
