You will lead cross-functional project initiatives, managing plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables from initiation to closure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure milestones align with business objectives and operational efficiency.
• Monitor project performance, identify roadblocks, and drive execution against established processes.
• Facilitate status meetings and deliver clear reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and governance policies.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, technical, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of project management experience in a matrixed environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in supply chain, engineering, or operations environments.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience with product launches or process improvement initiatives.
