Description

You will manage project execution and stakeholder alignment from an on-site location in Littleton, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Align project goals with overarching program objectives and develop detailed schedules.
• Identify, track, and communicate project dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Report on financial performance, tracking hours and expenditure variations against the budget.
• Escalate resource needs based on scope and schedule performance metrics.

Required Skills

• 2+ years in a project or delivery management role.
• Hands-on experience using Project or Program Management methodologies.
• Ability to create executive-level presentations summarizing project status.
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Strong ability to establish trust and rapport with team members and business partners.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to identify, analyze opportunities and risks, and develop action plans.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex project dependencies in a regulated environment.
