Description

Lead process reviews, gap analyses, and software implementation projects to define requirements and ensure successful system transitions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate process gap analysis with business sections to define requirements for current and future systems.
• Identify and document business needs, process feasibility, user requirements, and data mapping for new software implementation.
• Document system functionality, business use, reporting requirements, and workflow specifications.
• Identify potential project risks and recommend technical or process-based solutions.
• Manage project quality and keep stakeholders informed through regular status reports and documentation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management or process improvement management.
• Proven ability to analyze complex information and identify process gaps.
• Strong facilitation skills for leading groups to prioritize and identify necessities.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with workflow design and project management principles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of creativity and latitude.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Federal Food & Nutrition Programs.
• Experience with the Office of State Superintendent of Education’s Orchard system.
