Description

Manage large-scale enterprise implementations for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, owning project lifecycles from inception to completion.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise implementation projects within State of Texas or similar federal/state frameworks.
• Coordinate development efforts and define technical project requirements.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure alignment with state procurement and contracting processes.
• Apply Agile (Scrum) methodologies to manage project lifecycles and technical execution.

Required Skills

• 8 years of Project Management experience for large-scale enterprise implementations.
• 8 years of State of Texas or similar federal/state project management experience.
• 8 years of development experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Jira.
• Hands-on Agile (Scrum) experience.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Experience with the State of Texas Project Delivery Framework.
• Direct experience with state procurement and contracting processes.
