Description

Drive technical programs for the Service Reliability Engineering group, managing efforts across software development, systems, network, tooling, monitoring, and capacity teams. Manage complex technical work plans and end-to-end infrastructure projects from roadmap development to operational sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Remove ambiguity and reduce complexity to define project goals, expectations, and timelines.
• Identify inter-dependencies between stakeholder groups to align teams and mitigate risks.
• Control and report project progress to steering groups, escalating issues and initiating corrective actions.
• Facilitate requirements sessions, design meetings, and status updates across various engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, infrastructure, or software development project management.
• Proven track record managing Cloud and Infrastructure projects.
• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure domains.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous end-to-end technical projects.
• Experience prioritizing features and technical roadmaps.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage financial, capacity, and personnel constraints.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for all organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes deployments.
• Background in Scrum or experience acting as a Scrum Master.
