Description

You will manage complex IT Managed Services engagements from RFP creation through vendor selection and governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver executive-ready RFPs covering IT Service Towers, Service Catalog, Service Desk, and EUC support.
• Define measurable SLAs, establish KPIs, and structure service credit/penalty frameworks.
• Facilitate cross-functional requirements gathering and secure final executive approvals for proposals.
• Manage the RFP schedule, vendor evaluation criteria, and selection process.
• Maintain weekly status reports and proactively escalate project risks to sponsors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience developing RFPs for IT Managed Services.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform integrations and governance.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards, specifically HIPAA and PCI-DSS.
• Experience developing service level agreements and defining escalation paths.
• Proficiency in managing vendor communications, Q&A, and due diligence.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) accuracy and governance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vendor selection processes.
• Background in IT Service Tower definitions.
