Description

You will manage large-scale enterprise implementations for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, overseeing lifecycles within state or federal environments. You will navigate state procurement and contracting processes while aligning technical development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale enterprise implementation projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project lifecycles within State of Texas or similar federal/state environments.
• Oversee technical development workflows to ensure project alignment.
• Navigate state procurement and contracting processes.

Required Skills

• 8 years of project management experience for large-scale enterprise implementations.
• 8 years of experience managing State of Texas or similar federal/state projects.
• 8 years of technical development experience.
• Any graduate degree.
• 3 years of Agile (Scrum) experience.
• 2 years of Salesforce experience.
• 1 year of Jira experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with State of Texas Project Delivery Framework.
• PMP Certification.
• State procurement and contracting experience.
