Description

You will lead continuous planning and ensure visibility into rolling quarterly plans for supported engineering teams. You own the release pipeline by maintaining schedules, translating estimates into milestone dates, and tracking dependencies to keep programs on track. You remove obstacles, coordinate cross-functional communication, and serve as the key liaison between software development and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and PMO to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Ensure engineers receive necessary product requirements and UX designs to meet deadlines.
• Support JIRA management and provide burndown charts, velocity tracking, and other Agile performance metrics.
• Promote Agile best practices and educate team members to enhance performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
