Description

You will lead continuous planning and release pipelines for engineering teams, ensuring visibility into rolling quarterly plans and keeping programs on track.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the release pipeline by maintaining schedules, translating estimates into milestone dates, and tracking dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and PMO to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Remove obstacles, coordinate cross-functional communication, and serve as the key liaison between software development and external stakeholders.
• Support JIRA management and provide burndown charts, velocity tracking, and other Agile performance metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
