Description

Manage project lifecycles from initial planning through execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute project planning including scope definition, scheduling, and technical feasibility assessments.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress, risks, and long-term goals.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Delegate tasks based on individual staff strengths and skill sets.
• Monitor project performance and prepare status reports for management, escalating issues as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Project Planning and Project Performance tracking.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Understanding of testing practices.
• Knowledge of policies, standards, and procedures used in application development.
• Ability to manage stakeholder requirements and facilitate meetings.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
