Manage project lifecycles within the healthcare industry to ensure deliverables meet scope, budget, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, and risk monitoring.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Delegate tasks to staff members based on individual skill sets and experience levels.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Track project performance against short and long-term goals and report status to management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience working within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis for project constraints.
• Strong knowledge of application development software and testing practices.
• Deep understanding of policies, standards, and procedures used for application development.
• Expertise in change management and scope control.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to define technical feasibility and requirements.
