You will manage the deployment of new application and information systems, owning the delivery within defined budget, scope, and schedule constraints.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT projects while managing risk, cost, schedule, quality, and testing.
• Oversee automation implementation efforts and manage vendor relationships.
• Make objective decisions based on strategic objectives, business performance analysis, and resource availability.
• Coordinate project communications through professional presentation and training sessions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of total professional experience.
• 3 years of project management experience for new application or information system deployments.
• 3 years of experience managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, and testing.
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Project.
• 3 years of experience using MS Office.
• 3 years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Proven oral and written communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation experience.
• Health information technology experience.
• State Government experience.
