Description

You will lead IT and security-related programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and security projects while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, legal, and compliance teams to integrate security requirements into the product development lifecycle.
• Define and track security metrics for vulnerability management, incident management, and change management.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to coordinate the intake, scheduling, and delivery of customer-driven security requirements.
• Quantitatively manage security objectives through the analysis of data and performance indicators.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of enterprise-class IT and security vulnerability management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity managing teams within a large IT enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in vulnerability scanning, risk mitigation, and tools such as Tenable and Palo Alto Xpanse.
• Strong knowledge of Networking, Data Communications, and LAN/WAN operations.
• Experience with Operating Systems including Windows and Linux.
• Working knowledge of Risk Management, encryption, and cipher technologies.
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST (e.g., NIST 800-53) and CIS.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise-class security policies, standards, and risk assessments.
• Experience working within Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP, A+, Security+, CEH, CISA, or CRISC certifications.
