Description

Lead the IT department, managing staff, vendor relationships, and technical processes. You will direct major IT projects including system updates, migrations, and outage management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT policies, best practice guides, and technical reporting standards.
• Oversee network and data security through regular system audits and checks.
• Direct IT team members, identifying opportunities for training and skills advancement.
• Manage IT budget allocation and operational system reports.
• Handle crisis management and risk mitigation during technical incidents.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience managing people, vendors, and processes within an IT department.
• Proven experience in Data Security and crisis management.
• Strong risk mitigation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience designing training programs and workshops for staff.
• Proficiency in technical reporting and policy development.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
• Master’s Degree.
