Description

You will manage infrastructure work-packages to deliver technical solutions within scope, schedule, and budget.

You will lead project planning, resourcing, and troubleshooting to ensure delivery of committed plans and customer value. Define deployment strategies and execute detailed project plans, including milestones, resources, and dependencies. Manage matrixed teams to deliver solutions and processes that support project objectives. Provide executive-level reporting on project progress, budget, and key metrics. Negotiate solutions and mitigate risks, issues, and technical or end-user change management requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, resourcing, and troubleshooting for technical infrastructure work-packages.
• Define deployment strategies and execute detailed project plans with milestones, resources, and dependencies.
• Manage matrixed teams to deliver solutions supporting project objectives.
• Provide executive-level reporting on progress, budget, and key metrics.
• Negotiate solutions and mitigate risks, issues, and change management requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing technical infrastructure projects, ideally within large, multifaceted programs.
• Proven track record of commissioning PoCs and migrating legacy Nutanix/VMware sites to the Edge.
• Experience managing project schedules, finances, risks, and issues using standard procedures.
• Ability to drive alignment and rapid decision-making across complex global projects and multiple departments.
• Experience working in highly regulated environments, preferably pharmaceutical.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong ability to communicate technical topics to architects, engineers, and product owners.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering Cloud Transformation programs at the IaaS/PaaS level in multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
• Exposure to Dell Apex, Azure Arc, or Client Greenlake.
• Experience coordinating large-scale initiatives involving both technical and non-technical business stakeholders.
