You will manage the full project lifecycle for IT infrastructure and unified communications initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases of complex technical projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, scopes, and risk metrics while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques to minimize risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and PMO artifacts reflecting real-time status.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience within UC, IP Telephony, Cloud, and Infrastructure.
• 7+ years of experience working within a PMO environment.
• Deep knowledge of Security, Network, SD WAN, VOIP, and Messaging.
• Technical familiarity with Telecom/Telephony, Server Platform, Storage, and Client/Desktop Database.
• Experience with ITSM and SIP technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Project and Visio.
• Strong command of PMI methodologies and project management knowledge areas.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of IT Finance costs, including capital and operating expenses.
• Advanced Excel skills.
