Description

You will manage analytics implementation and project lifecycles within a PMO environment focused on streaming applications and digital media.

Responsibilities

• Execute analytics implementation using Jira and roadmap tools to ensure representation across the digital ecosystem.
• Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Manage the full lifecycle of data requests and intake processes through to execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, UX/UI, content, and strategy teams to ensure milestones are met within scope.
• Operationalize the analytics portfolio through weekly planning and prioritization sessions.
• Facilitate workshops to help cross-functional teams define and deliver outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience working within a PMO department.
• Background in the media industry and streaming applications.
• Direct experience with analytics implementation and data request management.
• Proficiency with Jira and the Atlassian suite of tools.
• Experience using Airtable or Jira Product Discovery.
• Technical comprehension of mobile apps, Connected TV (CTV), OTT services, and web technologies.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder feedback and facilitate decision-making across opposing views.
• Strong ability to break down business challenges into actionable plans.
