You will manage complex technical projects focused on digital forensics and software engineering within the criminal justice domain.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor project activities, including resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive technical solutions across multiple projects by solving complex engineering problems.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and ensure software integrity.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage the research, analysis, and management of criminal justice digital evidence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on digital forensics and software engineering.
• Domain knowledge in criminal justice, including federal/state agencies, prosecutors, courts, law enforcement, or corrections.
• Valid and up-to-date Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience managing projects involving IBM Content Manager, Microsoft SharePoint, and APIs.
• Proficiency with integration services such as SoftwareAG webMethods, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Apache Kafka.
• Strong expertise in relational databases and using SQL for data management.
• Knowledge of internet web services and modern software engineering technologies.
• Experience with digital evidence management and secure data sharing between agencies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
