Description

You will manage complex technical projects focused on digital forensics and software engineering within the criminal justice domain. You will plan, organize, and monitor project activities, including resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical solutions across multiple projects by solving complex engineering problems.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and ensure software integrity.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage the research, analysis, and management of criminal justice digital evidence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on digital forensics and software engineering.
• Domain knowledge in criminal justice, including federal/state agencies, prosecutors, courts, law enforcement, or corrections.
• Valid and up-to-date Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience managing projects involving Microsoft SharePoint, IBM Content Manager, and APIs.
• Proficiency with integration services such as SoftwareAG webMethods, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Apache Kafka.
• Strong expertise in relational databases and using SQL for data management.
• Knowledge of internet web services and modern software engineering technologies.
• Experience with digital evidence management and secure data sharing between agencies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
