Description

Lead complex technical projects and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Own the release pipeline, manage resources, and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Direct cross-functional teams and manage project schedules, resources, and delivery commitments.
• Manage Scrum standup meetings and configure tasks using CA Agile Central.
• Mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and manage project budgets.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Application teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Perform data collection and analysis using MS Excel and create status reports for management review.

Required Skills

• 4 to 6 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple technical projects ranging from 1 to 12 months in duration.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Infrastructure experience with exposure to Network, security, and hosting technologies.
• Strong understanding of Network fundamentals.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills for concise risk and issue reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft email solutions.
• Stakeholder management and budget management expertise.
