Description

You will lead delivery teams to meet Service Level Agreements and maintain high customer satisfaction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and deployment of projects to ensure they remain within timeline and budget constraints.
• Resolve delivery and production issues by guiding them through to closure.
• Report on project and production status with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate recovery activities for major incidents and ensure compliance with delivery processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a repository for methodologies and support documentation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management leading teams of more than 5 people.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Java and J2EE.
• Proven ability to manage time, cost, and quality from project start to finish.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for engaging with IT stakeholders and users at all levels.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of ownership regarding customer satisfaction and change requests.

Preferred Skills

• Implementation experience with Java and object-oriented technologies.
• Experience with banking projects, Internet Banking, Loans, or Credit Risks.
• Background in FinTech software development, Banking, or Loan Systems.
